Explore Maryland's rich culinary heritage at this one-of-a-kind farm to table
Each unique dinner sources its ingredients from some of the area's premiere
farms, bakeries, and dairies, crafted by expert local chef Thomas O'Hara.
Each course is paired with some of the best beverages on offer from
Maryland's wineries and breweries.
Enjoy your meal in the intimate setting of the beautiful Miller House Gardens
as they pair local history and local dining for the summer's finest dining
Each of the farm to table dinners offers several courses: a sharable
appetizer platter, a light first entree or salad, a main entree, and dessert.
The courses are paired with your choice of local wine or beer. They work to
provide alternatives for those with food allergies and sensitivities, so
please notify the staff of any food requirements at the time when you
purchase your tickets. Reservations are required.
June 7 Menu:
First Course: Caprikorn Farms artisan goat cheese/ local honey/ stone hearth
bread/ roasted peanuts
Second Course: Maryland soft shell crab/ cast iron'd kale/ breakfast radish/
Third Course: Washington County chicken/ salt-roasted cabbage slaw/ mizuna/
Fourth Course: Lemon-thyme shaved ice/ berries/ whipped mascarpone
All produce provided by Milk & Honey Farms.
