Enjoy a drink and have a think! At Culture & Cocktails, a lecture program at
the Miller House Museum, a historical topic will be tackled with the help of a
little liquid fortitude.

In June, Miller House Museum executive director Stefanie Basalik and curator
Anna Cueto will be exploring Hagerstown's early fascination with everything
on wheels. From bicycles to cars and everything in between, Hagerstown was
the site of bicycle and motorcycle tours, state cycling meets, and even
manufactured their own two- and four-wheeled vehicles! Learn more about
hobbyists, including the very well-dressed Hagerstown Bicycle Club, and some
of the weirder parts of cycling history, like the Maryland Motorcycle
Militia.

The specialty drink will be: The Mint Julep. Get refreshed with this timeless
classic summer cocktail before heading back out on the trail.

Your ticket price will include your first drink, and refills will be
available for a small fee. This event is for adults ages 21 and older,
please! For more information, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
