Canal Pride Days at Fifteenmile Creek

C&O Canal Trust is seeking volunteers to help with parking lot linestriping, repainting picnic tables, fire rings, and grills, placing stonedust pads at campground facilities, and helping to remove invasive plantspecies and trash. Projects are suitable for ages 12 and up and SSL hours areavailable. Registration is required.

Bowman House and Museum Open House

The Bowman House located at 323 N. Main St. in Boonsboro,Md. will be open to visitors on Sunday, May 20 between 1–4:30p.m. Hearth demonstrations will include meats, biscuits and spring gardenvegetables. A self-guided tour of the Bowman House, 19th century raised bedgarden and pottery building will also be open for viewing.

Boonsboro Trolley Station Museum Open House

The Boonsboro Trolley Station Museum ca. 1902-1938,located at 220 N. Main St. in Boonsboro, Md. will be open to visitors onSunday, May 20 between 1–4 p.m. This restored TrolleyStation, used for passengers and freight, is a part of Boonsboro’s richheritage.
