Changes at Aqua

Aqua, formerly known as Aqua 103, is now under new ownership. Chris Masker took over the fine dining establishment November 1. The menu has changed in addition to the removal of an interior wall, expanding the lounge. Chris’ goal is to serve high quality food combined with excellent service. His goal is to offer a casual, upscale steak and seafood menu that is more reasonable without compromising the quality.

Aqua utilized local growers as much as possible. The restaurant sources fruit from Reinhart’s Orchard for its signature barbecue sauce and seasonal drinks. Aqua is beginning to use Pennland Artisan Marketplace in Mercersburg for its cheeses. There is a new cocktail menu with drinks like “South of the Mason-Dixon, which is a spin on a southern iced tea with lemon, and “Effen Good Martini” which has a cumcumber / dill flavor.

Aqua is now open for Sunday Brunch starting at 10 a.m.. There’s an all-you-can-eat soup and salad lunch for just $7. Happy Hour is every Monday through Thursday from 3-7 or 3-6 on Fridays and Saturdays. Aqua also has a Young Adult Menu. This kid-tested, family-approved menu features delicious choices for lunch or dinner such as a petite sirloin, a crab cake, fish tacos, chicken fingers, macaroni & cheese, popcorn shrimp and ribs.
